Here’s a chance to test yourself against Americas elite! The SEA Challenge is modeled after the physical standards of the Navy SEALs. It consists of a 500 yard swim, Push-ups, Sit-ups, Pull-ups and a 1.5 mile run.

The GAFC SEA Challenge is a great way to establish fitness goals. Start your fitness journey, or test your current fitness level against a benchmark established by the fitness levels set by the elite forces of the United States Navy SEALs.

Regardless of your fitness level, the GAFC SEA Challenge provides a chance to jump in the pool, followed by body weight exercises, finishing with an energetic run. And after you finish, check out the many great vendors and activities available throughout the day.
